David serves as the Chief Building Engineer for Highridge Centre, Macon's premier Class A commercial office building. With a career dedicated to the seamless operation of complex facilities, David is the backbone of the building's infrastructure, ensuring that Highridge Centre maintains its reputation for excellence and tenant comfort.

David has been an integral part of the Highridge Centre team since 2019, providing vital continuity and expert oversight through transitions in ownership. His deep institutional knowledge of the property's mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems allows him to manage the 200,000+ square foot facility with unmatched precision.

Prior to his tenure at Highridge Centre, David honed his technical skills at Ethica Healthcare. Working within the rigorous and high-stakes environment of healthcare facilities management, he developed a "zero-failure" mindset and a sophisticated approach to preventative maintenance–standards he continues to apply to the Class A standards of Highridge Centre today.
