Please note that a Tenant may be charged for any maintenance request submitted for work within its own space. Exceptions could include roof leaks, heating/cooling problems, and some plumbing and electrical problems. Please review your lease if you have questions.
It is important that all maintenance requests are submitted to the internet form rather than directly to maintenance or custodial staff. Although the field staff is eager to be of service, they cannot be responsible for requests made orally. Every request must be reported to the internet form for proper documentation and follow-up.
Requests submitted via the internet or phone will be processed during regular business hours. Except in cases of emergency, all maintenance requests will be processed on a first come first serve basis. For routine maintenance requests, please allow 3 to 5 business days for a response. Tenants will be charged for the repair cost to include trip charges if any of the following have been determined:
