Dennis serves as the Director of Courtesy Operations for The Fickling Building, where he leads the mission to provide a secure, welcoming, and high-standard environment for Macon's premier business community.

Dennis's history with the building started in 2007. He originally served the property through an external security firm, where his deep understanding of the building's footprint and his commitment to tenant relations became indispensable. Recognizing his leadership and vision, he was brought in-house to establish and launch the building's internal Officer Department in 2024.

As the architect of this department, Dennis transitioned the building's approach from traditional security to "Courtesy Operations"-a model that prioritizes both professional safety and exceptional hospitality. His dual focus ensures that while the tower remains secure, every tenant and visitor receives a first-class experience from the moment they enter the lobby.

Under his direction, the Courtesy Operations team has become a hallmark of The Fickling Building's Class A service, reflecting Dennis's personal dedication to the safety, professionalism, and revitalization of downtown Macon.
