Leslie O'Connell is an accomplished real estate professional specializing in commercial and multifamily property management. She currently serves as Director of Commercial Property Management at Fickling Management Services, LLC, where she provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for a diverse portfolio of commercial assets across Middle Georgia.

With a strong focus on maximizing asset value, tenant relations, and operational efficiency, Leslie brings a proactive, results-driven approach to property management.
