Rob serves as the Director of Commercial Property Maintenance, providing strategic leadership and technical oversight for our firm's expansive portfolio. Since joining the team in February 2025, Rob has applied a high-level, institutional approach to maintenance that ensures our properties operate at peak efficiency.

Rob brings a wealth of experience from the highly competitive Atlanta market, where he achieved a distinguished career managing the maintenance operations of 2 million square feet of commercial facilities. This vast experience–ranging from high-rise office towers to complex mixed-use environments–has given him a comprehensive understanding of large-scale mechanical systems, structural integrity, and the logistical demands of premium real estate.

In his current role, Rob is responsible for the lifecycle management of our assets, prioritizing proactive maintenance and sophisticated vendor management. By translating his "big-market" expertise to the Middle Georgia landscape, he ensures that our maintenance standards remain unrivaled, protecting both the tenant experience and the long-term value of every square foot under his care.
