Bobby Cleveland

Bobby is a third generation and 30+ year veteran real estate professional in the construction, development and property management business. During that time Bobby has been involved in the development of projects throughout the Southern United States with an aggregate value of over $1,500,000,000. While he has extensive experience with all product types; his career focus has been on the development and management of luxury multifamily properties with such firms as Post Properties, Property Company of America, Aronov Realty Company and The Knight Company. His areas of expertise cover development, finance, management, construction, disposition and management of commercial and residential real estate. Immediately prior to joining Fickling & Company he served as President of Vantage Homes, Inc., a residential construction and development firm based in Macon, Georgia. Since joining Fickling & Company in 2006 Bobby has been responsible for all the firm's development activities, including retail, multifamily and office development.
