Kristin Sanders

Kristin currently serves as Vice President of Single & Multi-Family Management. Within this role, she is responsible for the overall operations of the Property Management Portfolio for Fickling Management Services, LLC.

Kristin joined Fickling in 2019 with over 20 years of successful multifamily experience for both third-party clients and private owner management. Her conventional and lease-up experience includes high-rise, mid-rise, mixed-use developments, major capital, and value-add projects. She also has extensive experience in acquisition, disposition, and due diligence.

Prior to joining Fickling Management Services, LLC, Kristin held multiple positions within industry firms, including Regional Manager and Marketing & Training Director. Additionally, Kristin holds her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Licensed GA Real Estate Agent, Affordable Housing designation through the National Apartment Association, is an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and a member of the National Association of Realtors.
