CAREER SUMMARY

Kristin currently serves as Vice President of Single & Multi-Family Management. Within this role, she is responsible for the Property Management Portfolio's overall operations for Fickling Management Services, LLC.

Kristin joined Fickling in 2019 with more than 19 years of successful multifamily experience for third-party clients and private owner management. Her conventional and lease-up experience includes high-rise, mid-rise, mixed-use developments, major capital, and value-add projects. She also has extensive acquisition, disposition, and due diligence experience.

Prior to joining Fickling Management Services, LLC, Kristin held multiple positions within industry firms, including Regional Manager and Marketing & Training Director. Additionally, Kristin holds her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Affordable Housing designation through the National Apartment Association.
