She currently oversees single-family accounts payable, managing homeowner and management company payments while ensuring accuracy through monthly bank account reconciliations.

Over the past four years, she has specialized in commercial and single-family accounts payable, with her primary focus now dedicated to single-family AP operations. Her meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills help maintain efficient financial processes and dependable vendor relationships.

Prior to her current role, Melinda spent 26 years with Aetna in Claims, where she developed extensive experience in customer service, problem-solving, and claims administration. She also successfully owned and managed a small business for more than 16 years, gaining valuable leadership, financial management, and operational expertise.
