As the Business Development and Marketing Manager for Fickling & Company’s Single-Family Property Management department, Vonda specializes in turning real estate assets into successful rental investments. Vonda's role is entirely hands-on; she brings in new property owners, seamlessly onboard them and their properties, captures professional marketing photography, and strategically advertises each home to find the perfect tenants.

With 12 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent, 11 of which have been dedicated exclusively to property management, she brings a deep pool of industry expertise to the table. Vonda joined the Fickling team in 2017, bringing a strong background in real estate sales and invaluable experience managing the Macon property portfolio at Coldwell Banker SSK.

Having lived in the Middle Georgia area her entire life, she has an unmatched "lay of the land." This lifelong local perspective gives my clients a distinct competitive advantage, allowing me to price properties accurately, target the right renters, and navigate the local market with absolute confidence.
